Il Fondo Comunale contiene vari documenti che riguardano l'amministrazione pubblica del comune fra le quali le riformanze del consiglio comunale, la corrispondenza, i catasti, gli inventari e la contabilità

L'elemento principale di questo fondo sono una serie di registri che raccolgono le delibere del consiglio comunale (riformanze), il più antico dei quali è il registro C36 ( fine 1300). ll registro si trova in cattive condizioni di conservazione e non potrà essere fotografato fino a quando non sarà restaurato. Per questo motivo il lavoro di digitalizzazione è cominciato nel 2012 dal registro C37. Nell'estate del 2014 si é completato il registro C38. Sono anche stati fotografati una serie di pagine sparse fra i registri (C39, C40, C41, C42, C43) che facevano parte di ricerche mirate alla chiesa di San Giovanni Battista o documenti che sono stati restaurati durante illabortorio dei corsi di restauro offerti dal San Gemini Preservation Studies.

The Fondo Comunale is the collection of documents relevant to the city administration it includes the records of the meetings of the City Council (riformanze), correspondence, property data and maps, inventories and accounting records.

The most important  component of this fondo are the "riformanze" that are bound together into various registries. The work on the Fondo Comunale begun with the riformanze; the oldest of these are in registry C36 ( late 14th C.) however it is in poor  conditions and is not be possible to photograph until it is restored. The  digitization work therefore started with the photographing of registry C37 in 2012 and by the summer of 2014 the registry C38 was finished.

Other scattered documents have Ben photographed  in registries( C39, C40, C41, C42, C43) as part of research on the history of the Church of san Giovanni Battista and others documents because they are part of the material restored in the paper restoration courses offered by the San Gemini Preservation Studies.
