La pergamena D1 è mancante ma resta una trascrizione il che forse indica che non si tratta di una perdita ma che il documento intenzionalmente fu dato a qualche altro ente (forse alla città di Narni) e che prima della trasferta se ne fece una trascrizione

The parchment D1 is missing however we have its transcription, this may be because the document may not have been lost but instead intentionally transferred somewhere else (perhaps to the city of Narni) and before the transfer a transcription was made.
